I have just found this podcast and have been so impressed with how clear, simple and informative it has been. It has been just what I was looking for at this stage in my life!
I have been listening to Adele Johnston the menopause coach for the past two years, I think I heard every episode. She speaks with so much clarity (even with a Scottish accent) and her understanding of all menopause and midlife issues is one of a kind.
Episode 032 has contradictions that are confusing. First, she says some form of bleeding may last 3-6 months on and off, but that there shouldn't be any unscheduled bleeding. HUH?
I’ve been following Adele for quite a while as I progress through my menopause journey she has really helped me understand what’s happening in my body. The latest gut health episode really hit home with me, the link to brain and mood was a lightbulb moment for me.. AMAZING thank you Adele!
