You guys mentioned splitting workouts up between weeks during the episode. I have been struggling with how to get my workouts in for a long time being a shift worker, often working 16 hour shifts. The information in 290 helped open my eyes to make a monthly plan rather than flipping back and forth from 4 to 3 to even 2 days at time, due to work obligations. I prefer clean eating but knew I needed double down at the gym to reach my goals. I am grateful for the honesty, it’s the kind of no sugarcoating advice your big brother would give you that genuinely cares about your health. Even though it’s geared more towards men I’m looking forward to listening in while I get fit!

I will charge half t... more
This episode couldn’t have been more biased 🤣🤣🤣
