I’ve been reading Jay’s stuff since 2006 and been a podcast listener since day 1. I’ve been a coach since 1999 and can say that I learn new stuff from this podcast constantly, and it has helped my own coaching.
Makes blanket statements about how everyone should be lifting. Says everyone should be lifting at least 4 days a week. Pushes upper/lower splits. Against full body workouts. Starting with deadlfts "is the absolute worst way to lift?" Tells a guy who has a home gym with dumbbells, barbells, a rack, bands, and TRX that he cannot do full body workout with that and his only option is a three day split. What a dum dum. Skip this guy and go listen to MindPump.
