  • Love this Pod!

Jason Earle is a spectacular interviewer when it comes to questioning his guests. He goes deeper beyond the music, and makes you feel like it’s just a couple old friends catching up. Q: Did you face any skepticism or imposter syndrome during production?
Yes, but they pushed through by focusing on authenticity and personal investment, with Molina's encouragement echoing in their own creative drive.
Tommy Nickoloff | The Marinade Episode 211
Q: How did you approach turning hours of interviews into a cohesive film?
By starting with a large pool of interviews, then reviewing footage and transcripts to find a story arc, allowing the narrative to emerge rather than forcing a preconception.
Brian Dunne | The Marinade Episode 207
Q: What does community look like for you as a touring musician in New York and beyond?
Community is built by throwing parties, inviting people to collaborate, and creating spaces where artists can support each other and grow together rather than compete.
