This is an extremely valuable podcast that dives deep into ED recovery in a way that most people do not dare tread. A must listen. Thank you Marcus for your extremely important work.

Lost my first 40 pounds and my relationship with food was so messy. This podcast definitely describes all my issues with food and has helped me tremendously keep focused, still lose weight, have a healthy food relationship and not panic if I eat food. It has helped me not label foods as good or bad, just food and I am learning to be in the moment enjoying life and food. Thank you
