Listening to Lucas answer questions about yoga questions and then the various guests genuinely was the start of a change to my life. Thank you so much.
I work in wellness with an emphasis on healthy aging (my business is called The Healthy Aging Coach) so the topics present in this podcast appeal to me professionally. And, as someone in her 50âs they appeal to me personally as well.
I was compelled to seek out Lucasâs podcast after successfully completing one of his teacher training programs. I found his approach to and passion for wellness inspiring.
As both a guest and listener of this podcast, I can say that Luke does a great job conducting engaging and informative interviews on a wide range of health topics. Iâve learned a lot from listening to Age Less / Live More and greatly enjoyed being a guest. Highly recommend!
Lucas takes the listener on a ride through versatile health and wellness topics â thoughtful, backed by science, and genuinely helpful. I appreciate how he brings in his knowledge and connects Yoga to all kinds of other people topics (and is able to find experts who are also yoga practitioners for so many episodes).
Love this podcast. Retired nurse specialising in Diabetes for years and a nurse prescriber - Now realise by prescribing medications due to not fully addressing diet issues in consultations but know they were not complying ( system issue) I was not actually helping them but allowing them to continue with poor diets. Could not go back. Now interest in Parkinsonâs please look at B1Parkinsons.org and consider interviewing Daphne Byron
