  • Definitely worth your time

I work in wellness with an emphasis on healthy aging (my business is called The Healthy Aging Coach) so the topics present in this podcast appeal to me professionally. And, as someone in her 50’s they appeal to me personally as well.

I was compelled to seek out Lucas’s podcast after successfully completing one of his teacher training programs. I found his approach to and passion for wellness inspiring.

  • Great health learning journey

Lucas takes the listener on a ride through versatile health and wellness topics — thoughtful, backed by science, and genuinely helpful. I appreciate how he brings in his knowledge and connects Yoga to all kinds of other people topics (and is able to find experts who are also yoga practitioners for so many episodes).
