I will keep this short, if you don’t enjoy this show you don’t understand what running is at its core. This these are the guys you catch with a moments eye contact at mile 18 of a marathon and no words are needed
It took me a while to love this podcast but Fordy and the team have really grown on me with great and honest reviews on shoes, and all things running. Some really useful content from someone who has so much love for running.
I used to enjoy listening to the podcast but Chris just spends all his time moaning about other runners and companies. He can be fairly abusive calling people idiots and helmets
This podcast is great. It’s hosted by Chris Ford with some guests each week who all know what they are talking about. Not overly serious but some good tips for anyone that is new to running or looking to up their PB.
I have been listening to this on my long runs (a few episodes) and it makes the miles pass by. Such a great listen and you won’t regret it.
I love this podcast! Long gone are my Friday nights down the pub. Now my Friday evenings are listening to the kids snore whilst I catch up with ‘friends’ on this brilliant, funny and even occasionally informative 😜 podcast.
I hope it never changes and becomes one of the boring, educational, running podcasts 🥰
