I used to enjoy listening to the podcast but Chris just spends all his time moaning about other runners and companies. He can be fairly abusive calling people idiots and helmets
This podcast is great. It’s hosted by Chris Ford with some guests each week who all know what they are talking about. Not overly serious but some good tips for anyone that is new to running or looking to up their PB.
I have been listening to this on my long runs (a few episodes) and it makes the miles pass by. Such a great listen and you won’t regret it.
I love this podcast! Long gone are my Friday nights down the pub. Now my Friday evenings are listening to the kids snore whilst I catch up with ‘friends’ on this brilliant, funny and even occasionally informative 😜 podcast.
I hope it never changes and becomes one of the boring, educational, running podcasts 🥰
Everything from shoes to races . There’s always great tips and lots of laughs . As an everyday runner I can identify with the content .
Terrible and horrible to listen to. The host loves the sound of his own voice and is so unbearable to listen to. Shouting at and making fun of co-hosts for no reason, all while constant interrupting them.
His jokes are also not funny.
I never write reviews but I just had to do one for his terrible show. Please clam down and stop being so self obsessed.
