I stumbled across this podcast a couple of years ago , it’s refreshing to have an evidence based podcast that I can learn from and apply to my own nutrition in training & racing. Episodes not as frequent as previously but always worth the wait .
This provides great practical guidance for the endurance athletes on such a wide variety of topics. They host great guests which provide insight from athletes, researchers and others.

Great content - each episode has a brilliant structure, they reference previous episodes and the recaps at the end help a lot. I wish other podcasts would follow the same structure.
It’s refreshing to hear a podcast about nutrition that is honest and gives you the science without the bs.
I’m an athlete trying to figure out my fueling for ultra distance events. My only regret is I didn’t find this podcast before DNF’ing utmb earlier this year.
The team deliver insight into the sometimes over-complicated world of nutrition into digestible information for all athletes! The interviews are well structured and Alan seems to be able to get that little bit of extra information from the guests
