    Found this episode really helpful, and just clarity in amongst all the noise. Everyone is pushing something, and the fear you are going to be “left behind” and that you are ridiculous for not doing the GLP1s, this helped me to hear someone else articulate what I’ve been trying to get to - I’ve listened twice!

    As a nutritionist and eating disorder specialist, I found this episode on protecting your mental health amidst the weight-loss narratives around GLP-1s incredibly refreshing. It’s so important to have conversations that challenge diet culture and highlight the harms it causes to body image, physical, emotional and mental health.
