  • Are supplements a scam episode

I always love Bryony’s podcasts which are honest, funny and authentic. This particular episode was of particular interest as there is so much all over social media about supplements and it’s so confusing knowing who and what to believe so this answered a lot of questions! Have now unsubscribed from one supplement that really isn’t any benefit to me and decided to go for something different which I’ve decided will as I’m not likely to get this from my diet.

  • Amazing podcast

Really appreciated the authenticity of the hosts. They didn’t sound overly scripted, which made the conversation feel more genuine and personal. This made a big difference, as it felt more like listening to a real conversation rather than a formal presentation.🫶🏼🌼

  • Helpful

Found this episode really helpful, and just clarity in amongst all the noise. Everyone is pushing something, and the fear you are going to be “left behind” and that you are ridiculous for not doing the GLP1s, this helped me to hear someone else articulate what I’ve been trying to get to - I’ve listened twice!

  • I love this podcast!

It’s always such a pleasure to listen to Bryony and I find all her guests and conversations so refreshingly honest, moving and often funny! As someone who is very sensitive with my own mental health struggles over the years, I only wish I’d been able to hear this podcast when I was younger. It’s so needed xx

  • Refreshing

As a nutritionist and eating disorder specialist, I found this episode on protecting your mental health amidst the weight-loss narratives around GLP-1s incredibly refreshing. It’s so important to have conversations that challenge diet culture and highlight the harms it causes to body image, physical, emotional and mental health. Grateful to hear others spreading this message.

Q: What would be your first non-negotiable for keeping the People Pleaser at bay?
