Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Every Leadership Challenge Is Asking You To Learn Something
Q: How can leaders recognize when a challenge requires learning something new, rather than simply working harder at what they already know?
By explicitly assessing whether the situation calls for new skills or perspectives, and by asking what the challenge is asking me to learn, rather than defaulting to more effort or the same patterns.
The Soul and Science of Service
Q: Why does this even matter? Why do we need to send out our leaders?
The future of work is emotional, and as people increasingly need comfort and belonging, learning to serve will enhance emotional connections among peers and contribute to team capacity.
The Soul and Science of Service
Q: What have you come across neuroscientifically that connects what's happening in your brain when we do these acts of service, and why does this all matter?
Serving is usually a counterintuitive approach to leading, as it begins with the heart and opens up emotional capacities before the brain has a chance to catch up.
The Soul and Science of Service
Q: Talk a little bit about why service matters. Why is it important for us as leaders to do something that is service-oriented?
Service is important because it creates an intentional connection between individuals and can span socio-economic gaps, providing transformational opportunities...
“Yes, And”: A Leadership Practice for Building Trust, Momentum, and Culture
Q: How can we practice the 'Yes and' philosophy?
Integrate it into everyday communication by acknowledging ideas and providing constructive feedback.
