  • Are You Kidding Me?

I was getting ready to send the episode about “daughtering” to a younger coworker until I heard a pro life advertisement. I’m so disgusted by that and I will no longer follow this show. Those agendas shouldn’t be allowed in spaces that are meant to be open-minded and safe.

  • Very positive (& freaky in tune with my own thoughts!)

I love this podcast so much & I’m super grateful for having found it, when I really needed it! But that’s just because I think it’s really just created by my higher self! Lol But the topics Melissa covers are really applicable to my life & the way she describes her own experiences & the things she discusses, match my own feelings, or make me reflect & realise what I am doing or what I’m capable of doing & it’s just been a very personal experience to listen to this kind & honest woman who is the ... more

  • Great podcast and . . .

I have learned a lot from this podcast and enjoy Melissa’s diversity, and I would prefer not to hear about her pregnancy nonstop throughout the podcast. It begins to sound like a broken record, or fingernails down a chalk board when any subject is circled back to constantly.

Why You Struggle to Find Deep Connection | Michael Trainer • 455
Q: Why do you think most people who say they want deep connection actually struggle to let people in?
Because what people say they want often differs from their deeper desires and is shaped by social conditioning; true connection grows when we align our actions with a well-defined vision and values, and practice listening-first approaches that invite depth rather than performative interaction.
Why Your Help Fails Without The Science of Attunement | Nidhi Tewari • 443
Q: How can we improve the way we ask others if they need help?
Offering specific options instead of leaving the burden of decision-making on them makes it easier for them to accept help without feeling like a burden.
Why Your Help Fails Without The Science of Attunement | Nidhi Tewari • 443
Q: What are the differences between emotional intelligence and relational intelligence?
Emotional intelligence is individually self-focused, involving self-awareness and empathy, while relational intelligence focuses on the dynamics between people, such as conflict resolution and repairing relationships after mistakes.
Law of Reception Is What You Thought Attraction Was | Cathy Heller • 442
Q: What do you think is blocking women's ability to envision their futures?
Cathy highlights a learned helplessness and the internalized belief that they aren't allowed to expand, which deters them from imagining their potential future.
Law of Reception Is What You Thought Attraction Was | Cathy Heller • 442
Q: How do you think the law of reception applies to women in relation to their ability to receive?
Cathy emphasizes that women often struggle with receiving due to societal conditioning and protective mechanisms, suggesting a deeper exploration to understand these patterns.
