  • Absolute joke

The “standard” is so low on the podcast host stilted delivery, I’m sure there must be nepotism at work here. The podcast is also dreadfully biased and pro-Isreal. There is no journalistic integrity. Propaganda for Isreal.

  • Andrew

Thank you for following his story. He needs to be made accountable have a court trail and go to jail for ruining so many young girls lives. Queen Elizabeth’s legacy will be marred by this until he pays a price for what he has done.

  • Emotionless presenter who asks the bleeding obvious.

Droning monotonous voice of the presenter who drains the life out of any real conversation by asking stupid pointless questions. News podcast for 5 years and under. Dumbed down drivel.

  • Needs better presenters

Some useful topics covered, but the presenter/guests are uninformed and have no knowledge pre 2015! They also speak and read out their scripts as though the listeners are thick and unable to follow a decent pace - very annoying!

Should tourists pay for museum entry?
Q: Alison, were you involved with government decisions on scrapping free entry for international tourists, and what is your view on competing funding options?
She states she wasn't involved in the final decision but contributed evidence supporting free admission, and she discusses concerns about diverting funds away from national to civic museums and the potential misallocation of revenues.
Should tourists pay for museum entry?
Q: Alison, what are your thoughts on the idea of charging international tourists to enter cultural institutions?
She argues it's a very bad idea, citing the 25th anniversary of the universal free policy, potential negative effects on tourism and domestic visitors, and the risk of creating barriers rather than broad access.
Should tourists pay for museum entry?
Q: So Alison, I want to kick off our discussion by gauging the state of arts funding in London. In your view, are we heading towards a crisis point, or are we already there?
Alison suggests there is a deficit in some major institutions and calls for government recognition and funding increases to sustain access, with emphasis on education and cultural value rather than treating museums purely as tourist attractions.
What to eat this Easter weekend
Q: Which recipes are the easiest to put together ahead of time?
A roast can be straightforward if you plan the timing with a simple backwards schedule, and you can also prep pies or slow-cooked dishes like lamb shoulder the day before to save time on the day.
Do single mothers create 'manosphere' men?
Q: Rebecca, you have a 10-year-old boy and you're a single mom. What was your first reaction to the documentary?
Rebecca describes finding the documentary challenging and worrying about polarization and the way the manosphere is portrayed, while emphasizing the need to distinguish media framing from real-life parenting experiences and avoiding blanket judgments about single mothers.
