  • Love it - listen on repeat

I absolutely love this podcast! I have been listening for a couple of years and plan on starting my first challenge this intake. If I’m ever bored and can’t find a podcast I will often go back and listen to an old episode again. They are down to earth and understand the struggles of weight loss and keeping it off. They don’t seem judgmental or tell people to ‘just do it’
