    I enjoy the podcast, but sometimes I think, it needs an extra layer of complexity. Yes, you won’t drop dead after eating lentil soup and getting exposed to lectins, but you won’t die immediately after drinking water from a plastic bottle full of BPA. And it does not mean that you should be drinking it. Lectins are not destroyed by cooking; unless, you use a pressure cooker.
