Great podcast. I am a 62 year old female. Have done a few half and full marathons. Nothing too impressive timewise but love running. Just getting back after four years of inconsistent running. Really enjoyed this episode … at last someone in my age group. Don’t think I’ll come first in my age gp since I am slower then slow but enjoying g the training and running for a race.
Podcast is concise and informative and shares helpful running tips that can apply to any level of running abilities and years of experience. I personally like the three C’s of running a race. There is a wide range of topics covered including training paces, nutrition, and racing tips. Also the podcast has some conversational interviews with other running coaches. Recommend for any runner.
Coach Chris hits the basics and beyond with his positive and practical approach. I find him so encouraging and it feels that he’s talking specifically to me with the right advice at the right time.
This podcast applies to anyone who’s interested in improving their running at all. Always a bunch of good nuggets of wisdom in here and easy to digest!
I listen to Knighton Runs Podcast when I’m doing my pre run warm up! By the time I’ve listened to the end I’ve learned something new from Coach Chris it I’ve been reminded of something I want to work on AND I’m warmed up for my run. Highly recommend!
