Jen brings the energy, guests, wisdom, and glorious opportunity for women in midlife. I love that Jen shares the duality of midlife - we can be challenged in some aspects YET we are grounded in our wisdom and are crushing it in other aspects. I always enjoy Jen’s podcasts and feel that she works to bring on guests that will add value to my day. She has great energy and it’s clear here goal is to level up the women around her. It’s clear she’s eager to shed light on topics that are relatable to the midlife woman and kudos for working hard to help women feel they are part of a space that sees them and understands who they are and where they’d like to go. She delivers and is spot on. Definitely one of my top five go to podcasts.
