I realllyyy wanted to like this Podcast. Jay invited these people on to talk. They get three words in then he goes on for 15 min on a tangent. Over and over. Dude shut up please and let your guest talk. Actually talk, not say three things them you pick back up again with a marathon speaking session. Be more socially calibrated and more people will listen.
