Throughout my training and practice as a physician I have come to one very disappointing conclusion: Western medicine isn’t helping people lead better lives. Now that I’ve realized this, I’ve become obsessed with understanding what makes us healthy or ill. I want to live the best life I can and I want to be able to share this knowledge with others so that they can do the same. This podcast is the ... more

  • Wonderful!

I love Dr. Paul Saladino! I have learned a lot from his IG and podcast. He is really a great teacher—and though he’s obviously a huge proponent of his animal based philosophy, he is not pushy about it. He comes from a place of compassion and education. Due to some very complex medical issues I have, I can’t fully eat animal based, but I’ve found a really nice balance thanks a lot in part to his information. I’m so appreciative of his videos, dispelling of myths, and being a proponent of a non-to... more

  • Informative very valuable podcast

This podcast is extremely relative if eating an animal based diet. My doctor Freaked she called me on a Saturday… told me I was about to have a heart attack. Thanks Paul for this excellent breakdown. I wish my doctor was more open minded.. it’s fustratiing.

  • The right information for the right person at the right circumstances in the right frame of mind

This podcast could be interesting to anyone who wants to explore low/no carb. A voice critical to plant toxins and intake of unsaturated fat. It has seductive ideas - they are unfortunately expensive to most people with the current rise in meatprices. I appreciate the focus on protein though I don’t agree with the premise or the hypothesis of The Carnivore Code.

  • White House report reveals

You caved right away in the intro! *Plant-based is fine".as you know it is nowhere near adequate or best. Also claiming there were no processed foods eaten in her breakfast that consisted of coconut milk yogurt, a highly processed! scam containing nowhere near the superior nutrition in homemade, or even clean commercial cow and goat milk yogurts, when done right.🤦‍♀️
