Thought provoking. Always thought I have power to influence how life plays out depending on my attitude & beliefs on a given day-this podcast’ confirms how powerful your mind can be definitely worth a listen. Also makes me think a lot of supplements may work on a placebo basis

James makes things easier to understand for normal folk, good listen every podcast!!
Love this listen every time
The fitness related topics, content and guests are great to listen to. But the “fair points” with the “lads” is a self-indulging cringe fest that makes me want to rip my ears off of my head. James also has a habit of talking over his guests/friends with random facts or anecdotes about his own life as if it’s an absolute truth.
