Love this podcast. Dr Ewart calls out the rubbish that we hear with social media. Very informative and helpful. If you want to get the no nonsense, honest and common sense opinions on all medical issues listen to Dr Ewart.
No nonsense and based on knowledge and facts instead of vibes and wellness gobbledegook. I’d like more regular full episodes please.
Dr Lynette Speaks in a way that you just stop what you’re doing and you listen , and you learn .
You don’t have to Google words to find out what they mean nor do you have to listen to umms and errs and ‘ like ‘ being said every few words like so many presenters seem to do which have me gone !
No nonsense , clear podcast where a wide range of topics are discussed .
Medical , personal , fitness , nutrition and more .
Love it and Thank you .
Love this podcast. Seems to cut through the nonsense, it’s down to earth, very relevant to me, pitched at a level that is perfect for me. I like the fact that the two GPs have different viewpoints and opinions and discuss topics frankly, without being too “careful” what they say. I hope they don’t suddenly start selling supplements in the future!

A notable pattern is the emphasis on accessible, applicable advice and education about debunking myths, while highlighting real-world strategies for maintaining independence and resilience as people age. The format often combines a short, actionable Pocket Prescription episode with longer, guest-led discussions tha... more
