A tall person can absolutely get enough calories to be vegetarian or even vegan. To say otherwise is either a blatant lie or extreme ignorance - which one are you? There are examples of tall people being vegan all around the world. There are vegan bodybuilders. It can be done. Pretty easily actually.
On the one hand, listening to this put me to sleep. On the other, I don’t appreciate the blanket statement that antidepressants do not help depression. Not everything is caused by hormones and stomach trouble , lady. Call me when you’ve had chronic depression for 50 years. And those “ineffective” meds are making your life possible. I’m so glad to hear some theories and suggestions that go beyond the “sleep hygiene“ advice that I have unsuccessfully implemented in my fight against insomnia.
I am 66 years old and have always had trouble sleeping. I am about 60 days into the program with Martha which started with an evaluation and then lab testing.
