Claire’s content is great, really helpful and always nice and soothing to listen to. Didn’t do her course because I’m not UK based, but I am binging the podcast as preparation for my birth and definitely learn something new every episode, even though I also did a course locally. Thanks Claire for all the important work you do!
I owe these stories so much as they helped my outlook on birthing change before I had to do it again for a second time this year. My first experience honestly left me a little traumatized and I started learning about hypnobirthing around 30 weeks which led me to this podcast. Worth the time, please listen to as many as you can.
Never heard of Hypnobirthing before, currently 27 weeks pregnant with my first baby. Recently my midwife suggested looking up a Hypnobirthing podcast and I’m so glad she did! I really don’t have my mind set on a specific birth plan and have been more scared than anything thinking about it

I listened to as many episodes as I could during pregnancy and also took Claire’s Essential Course. Thank you to Claire and all the podcast guests for preparing me for birth! I gave birth unmedicated a few days ago and have this podcast to thank for a positive and empowering experience. I highly recommend listening!
I really leaned into this podcast during my pregnancy with my first child, and found it so encouraging, informative and empowering. I learned so much about natural birth, and it helped me make my own decisions about what I wanted and didn't want to happen on delivery day. I felt more confident and less fearful of natural birth, and went on to have a positive natural birth experience myself, without epidural.
