  • Helpful for a positive second birthing experience

I owe these stories so much as they helped my outlook on birthing change before I had to do it again for a second time this year. My first experience honestly left me a little traumatized and I started learning about hypnobirthing around 30 weeks which led me to this podcast. Worth the time, please listen to as many as you can.

  • A soft place to land

Never heard of Hypnobirthing before, currently 27 weeks pregnant with my first baby. Recently my midwife suggested looking up a Hypnobirthing podcast and I’m so glad she did! I really don’t have my mind set on a specific birth plan and have been more scared than anything thinking about it

But hearing other woman’s stories has help med me realize I do actually have preferences and can’t wait to figure out exactly what my partner and I want that to look like and it’s making me more excited and le... more

  • Mentally prepared me for birth - highly recommend!

I listened to as many episodes as I could during pregnancy and also took Claire’s Essential Course. Thank you to Claire and all the podcast guests for preparing me for birth! I gave birth unmedicated a few days ago and have this podcast to thank for a positive and empowering experience. I highly recommend listening!

  • Informative & Empowering

I really leaned into this podcast during my pregnancy with my first child, and found it so encouraging, informative and empowering. I learned so much about natural birth, and it helped me make my own decisions about what I wanted and didn't want to happen on delivery day. I felt more confident and less fearful of natural birth, and went on to have a positive natural birth experience myself, without epidural.

  • Informative but sometimes not explained well

My favourite podcast for birth and pregnancy is the birth-ed podcast, after trying out a few. The hypnobirthing podcast is great for some things but I found it to be repetitive, and sometimes the host doesn’t explain when guests use abbreviations, making it difficult to understand what they are talking about.
