Rachel is the real deal who really cares about women building their confidence, she’s really helped me to stop dieting and start living again. Always super relevant and interesting episodes talking about the subjects more people should be talking about 5 stars *****
Brilliant podcasts which focus on women loving themselves and their bodies rather than punishing themselves with diets and deprivation. Lots of food for thought (excuse the pun)!!!
Episode 76 is a perfect podcast for anyone thinking about trying a particular food movement (paleo/ Keto/ gluten free/ fasting/ etc) and how that may not work for those who have unhealthy food/body issues and why. Rachel speaks in way that is relatable and smart. A great message for those who are trying to redefine their relationship with food and themselves.
