Heather’s podcast and programs are a breath of fresh air in an age of information overload. Her knowledge, experience and faith all work beautifully to communicate the hope we all can have in restoring our bodies to their original, God-ordained designed. Highly recommend! Thank you for all you do, Heather! <3
I have personally worked with her in the early years when our focus was on nutrition. Over the past decade she has continued to grow her knowledge and in return continues to teach me how to better myself. She is such an incredible leader in the women and fertility realm. If you want to listen to someone like she’s your bestie but learn from someone who is your most inspiring coach and professional this podcast is where it’s at!
Dr Heather Rhodes is amazing and has helped me learn how to track basal body temps and learn how to interpret your cycle and hormones. She is such a wealth of knowledge and so positive and supportive.

A nurturing, faith-informed show focused on hormone health, fertility, and natural healing. Episodes typically blend biology with mindset and spirituality, translating complex hormonal science into practical steps for balance, mood, energy, and reproductive health. A hallmark is the personable, supportive host voice that treats fertility journeys and menstrual health as holistic, lifestyle-driven processes, often weaving in faith and community into actionable guidance. Listeners can expect discussions on minerals, gut health, thyroid, stress management, and empowering mindset shifts—sometimes with a lighter, girl's-night-out tone that aims to reduce shame and promote hope.
