I really wanted to like this podcast as I’m a retired nurse into wellness. Many of the products recommended are not cited in research or high quality studies. It is all obfuscated. As well, Dr Brighten sells her products for a good portion of the show. I wish the show treated us as equal partners in longevity and health
Dr. Brighten does such an amazing job bringing so much nuance to conversations on health and wellness — she absolutely knows her stuff, and is great at dispelling myths about women’s health and getting to the truth of what’s actually helpful. It’s clear that her mission is to simply help as many women as possible, and she’s doing it!

This podcast is so great. I’m 37 and struggling with hormone, adhd, and cortisol issues. I’ve tried and tried to get help through my doctor but I haven’t found one that can/will help. This information is empowering.
So much helpful information! Thank you!!
