  • So much wisdom 🩵

I LOVE this podcast. It has given me so much insight into my struggles with PMDD, cortisol blunting, and realizing that complex challenges CAN have simple solutions. Her guests are phenomenal and so are her solo episodes. So happy this exists.

  • Half of the podcast tries to sell products

I really wanted to like this podcast as I’m a retired nurse into wellness. Many of the products recommended are not cited in research or high quality studies. It is all obfuscated. As well, Dr Brighten sells her products for a good portion of the show. I wish the show treated us as equal partners in longevity and health
