  • So much great information

This podcast is so great. I’m 37 and struggling with hormone, adhd, and cortisol issues. I’ve tried and tried to get help through my doctor but I haven’t found one that can/will help. This information is empowering.

  • So informative

I’ve followed Dr. Brighten on IG for many years now after trying to balance my hormones postpartum and cycle tracking. She’s been a wealth of information for friends getting off of birth control and in general just such a well-balanced source for women’s health. I appreciate all the work that she’s doing to help advance and educate women’s priorities in the medical field.

  • Great information for patients & providers!!!

I am a primary care practitioner dual trained in functional medicine and this information is so helpful to learn from not only a patient perspective, but a professional as well. As primary care, I have been told I “do too much”, but I want to be able to offer my patients more, before I send them out. Thank you for this!
