    Appeals to both head and heart! There’s so much realness here. Grateful to the insights and information available here.

    I started in the second season and then will go back and listen to the earlier episodes.

    Also, I binge-listened, but would probably recommend listening one at a time and letting yourself sit a bit (even a day) with the content before moving on to the next one.
