I just started listening to Hollys podcast. I love her take and realistic advice backed up by research articles when needed. Learning that a table blood sugars will help you feel better and help to keep you biologically young and when you get a Dexa body composition aim for 70% muscle. I want to see where I currently stand and build that muscle!
This is my new favorite fitness podcast! Holly is incredibly knowledgeable, and she has a gift for translating the scientific research into practical strategies for gaining muscle, losing fat and, most importantly, feeling better in your body. And she manages to make it feel like you’re chatting with a friend! It is a must listen for any woman in midlife who wants to get stronger and leaner and feel better.
