Each episode in Hollys podcast I have learned something from. Holly is very clear and knowledgeable in her teaching and had a subject to reach everyone no matter your age, or where you are in your health journey.
I have been a lifelong exerciser and work professionally in the wellness space. Yet I still learn at least one thing new while listening to Holly, especially about staying healthy in the peri- and post-menopausal years. As my body changes and things that used to work no longer seem effective, Holly is my go-to listen! I encourage any other woman over 40 to do the same!
I have listened to Holly Perkins for many years now and I’ve learned a lot I have some of her workout DVDs . They’re called balladea and they’re still great. I took my Nasm certification and throughout that time of the course work I do still listen to Holly Perkins when I’m working in the car and a lot of the things that she teaches coincides with that so that was very helpful.
