  • Give is a listen!

I just started listening to Hollys podcast. I love her take and realistic advice backed up by research articles when needed. Learning that a table blood sugars will help you feel better and help to keep you biologically young and when you get a Dexa body composition aim for 70% muscle. I want to see where I currently stand and build that muscle!
