I love this podcast. They give actual, usable information that I understand and can say I will use this herb for this purpose. They are fun and upbeat and positive. I feel empowered and educated listening to their episodes. Herbs and love - the answer to everything!
When I looked up herbalist podcasts this podcast had the most episodes. Excited for a podcast with a lot of information I started the most recent episode without reading anything about the podcast. After only a few minutes, I had to stop playing the podcast because the host was saying "um" or "like" several times withing each breath. The information provided could be good information, but the delivery is poorly executed for anyone who cannot follow along when filler words are used.

I love this podcast. Katja and Ryn share sooo much knowledge about herbs and their experiences as clinical herbalists and educators, and they do it in both a playful and responsible way! It’s truly wonderful and I have gained an unquantifiable amount of value from this offering. I truly look forward to when I can sign up for one of their courses. Thank you so much for providing this amazing resource, thank you thank you thank youuu!!!!
