I love this podcast. They give actual, usable information that I understand and can say I will use this herb for this purpose. They are fun and upbeat and positive. I feel empowered and educated listening to their episodes. Herbs and love - the answer to everything!

Excited for a podcast with a lot of information I started the most recent episode without reading anything about the podcast. After only a few minutes, I had to stop playing the podcast because the host was saying "um" or "like" several times withing each breath. The information provided could be good information, but the delivery is poorly executed for anyone who cannot follow along when filler words are used.
