  • Where is the rest?

Interesting podcast but it ended just when the story was getting started.

Somewhat biased to the traditional narrative which is still very interesting but the podcaster has a hard time coping with alternative viewpoints. He dismisses Tom Holland’s book as utter nonsense and dismisses the revisionist historians from the 70’s without explaining why their arguments are so ridiculous.

  • Quick learn

I enjoyed this podcast because of its simple details presented. This is an introductory podcast to the history of Islam; nonetheless, I think anyone can learn, both Muslims and non- muslins

  • Top class content though unfinished.

Only disappointing thing about this podcast is it ended abruptly at episode 17. Otherwise it’s done so amazingly. Finer details that glue you to it. Not just dry reading of facts or at worst some Wikipedia page. Scholarly.
