I listen to podcasts to sleep this was my go because I found it interesting and it didn't have loud or obnoxious ads and is just 1 voice. Now with ads every time 1 plays it wakes me up. I pay for Amazon music unlimited but still get ads on a podcast that was ad free and has not had a new episode in a year that's not right and now my sleep is messed up until I find a new ad free podcast with a single male host no loud music and also be something interesting to listen to while drifting to sleep.
