As someone who is interested in lifestyle medicine and as a practicing physician, I listen to this podcast regularly as a source of both inspiration and education. Dr. Rak does an excellent job if engaging with his guests. I highly suggest you check it out.
Dr Rak is a superb doctor with superb training. He and Po have been killing it with this show. I love listening to it on my runs. They are humble, funny, compassionate, and curious. Their mission is solid and they deliver. I question my health habits every time I listen and have used several of the things I learn to better my health.
