    I've been listen to the podcast for over two years. I typically listen while on my daily walk. I've been visiting Family and Friends in Hawaii for over 40 years. Every time I return home, I miss Hawaii, especially the Aloha. I am no child and know the harsh realities of the world, and this podcast helps keep me centered.
