My friends and I are playing blades in the dark for the first time, and this has been a great way to get into the game and understand the mechanics in a fun and entertaining way! Keep up the good work :)
its a great little podcast to chill out to. i enjoyed the characters and it felt very engaging.

Great blades in the dark! Much more in line with traditional campaign than the vigilantes of Magpies. While I love good guys & rebels, sometimes you really just want some clever gangsters doing cool heists. Great storytelling and role-playing makes this podcast a terrific example of what makes Blades so cool.
Other reviewers have already done well to point out the excellence of the storytelling, acting, etc., so I’d just like to draw attention to the more subtle quality of this podcast.
I’m just starting episode 8 now, and so far the production quality has been fantastic. Neither the DM nor the players have any annoying speech habits (such as constantly saying “like” or “um”), and that is a rare thing that goes a long way. The podcast is exceptionally easy to listen to.
This is a fun, engaging group that catapults the story into hijinks, mayhem, and shenanigans! Its a tangled web of entertainment!
This is one of the best Actual Play podcasts out there! Well-developed and engaging storylines and excellent acting from the players. This group has a fantastic and hilarious dynamic with each other. Also, they do a great job of including the listener. Looking forward to the next one!
This podcast seems really fun and engaging—If I was into role playing games, I’d have this at the top of my list. It’s accessible to newcomers that want to get involved/learn/begin their RPG journey. It’s also totally enjoyable if RPG are already your thing.
Especially during these COVID times, listening to people engaging and enjoying each other and just being with each other (even when they aren’t in the same room) makes this podcast sort of a comfort.
That said, it’s not my thing. I’m not ... more
For someone who has played D&D and similar types of games, but has never listened to an Actual Play Podcast before, I think it's stellar. Can't wait to hear each new episode when they come out.
Wash episode is thrilling from start to finish with epic storytelling and hilarious banter. This group works well to keep you wanting more.
Great content so far! I’m new to RPGs so I’m learning and enjoying it.
This is by far the best actual play podcast I have ever listened too. Can’t wait for more episodes.
