Practical although challenging in todays day and age to practice in a world where we need to make lots of money just to survive in western urban centres. Nonetheless it gives you the power to escape the stressors and change your mindset. Perhaps it will “program” you in a better way although DeMello claims that is not the intention. We all have maliable minds.

I love this podcast however, i especially found the long talk given by Don Gowey to be an extremely powerful teaching - it was about 45 minutes. I used to listen to it often and now I find it is missing. I am willing to purchase that talk, if anyone can point me to it that would be amazing. It is a talk Don gives, introducing Demello and his message to newbies. Thank you.
