amazing info from legit sources, authentic banter, absolutely crap intro music…. what’s not to love?
Thank you for all the amazing information and insight you share her!
Thoroughly entertaining and many practical takeaways also.
I’ve followed Emmet for a little while and could listen to him talk about pretty much any topic, which is basically what happens on this show. Both hosts have a wealth of knowledge in all things handstands and training in general and deliver everything in a relaxed and humorous manner. Recommend so highly! Get stuck in.
I’ve learned so much about hand balancing (including strength, mobility, flexibility, cues & theory) from listening to Emmet’s and Mikael’s podcast. They give heaps of information while keeping it fun and interesting. Keep it up!
