I am really enjoying Adam’s podcast. All very informative and interesting. The only think I find unfortunate is that about of times the host talks over his guest. It’s rude and disrespectful. And distracting as a listener.
This podcast not only features the top Ashtanga teachers but goes beyond to include incredibly respected people in their fields such as Krishna Das, Basel van Der Kolk and more. The host is intelligent and interested.
Wonderful podcasts , in depth and informative , friendly and relatable and cover many aspects of the practice that aren’t always talked about . Thank you Adam ✨
An excellent third road between the ubiquitous esoterics & the fitness-smiles one meets so inevitably when practicing yoga, this podcast is well-balanced & reflective. All konds of inbetween trails taken by the guests. Despite me having problems with the appearingly authoritarian Ashtanga way, I find AK to be a rather sober & kind in contact with his guests & a well-versed partner for instructive dialogue. Really a role-model Yoga podcasts!
I am a beginner in yoga practice and I am enjoying the mix of perspectives and the kind and open quality of Adam’s interviews.
