I dip in and out of yoga podcasts and have done for a few years now , but Adam’s podcast is a great one .. his solo podcasts are great as are his others . Some are not always relevant to my yoga life but I still listen as there’s always much to learn .. this podcast has a little bit of everything , many thanks , Sally (UK)

Great guests
Ashtanga-based podcast, with a very open-minded host/yoga practitioner covering not just ashtanga yoga but other aspects relating to yoga as well. Love the variety of guests :))) I always ended up learning something after listening to each episode.
I absolutely love listening to Adam in episodes where he just speaks as well as those conversation with other yogis and yoginis. There is so much knowledge and depth. The recent episode on when life disrupts your practice resonated with me on so many levels and gave me so much hope as caring for a bag and dropped out of my usual daily practice.
