I’m not a goody goody, but there was too much cursing for my liking in this podcast. Particularly the F bomb
Jared is great! He helps minimize the “big scary monster” of emotional eating into a manageable curiosity. Listening to this podcast has helped me realize my brain is just scared of change. It’s unfamiliar so it will fight against anything different, good or bad. Emotional eating is just a habit! I’m not broken after all. Love it!
