He seems to like analogies about killing/dying dogs. It’s the strangest, most creepy thing and tells you all you need to know about a person. There are tons of nutrition/weight loss content out there. I just cannot deal with someone who uses that as an analogy. Steer clear of this deprived person!

Jared is great! He helps minimize the “big scary monster” of emotional eating into a manageable curiosity. Listening to this podcast has helped me realize my brain is just scared of change. It’s unfamiliar so it will fight against anything different, good or bad. Emotional eating is just a habit! I’m not broken after all. Love it!
