  • Informational!

I love that this podcast is informational, and all of the episodes are manageable to listen to, time-wise. Dr Chutkan is very knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. I do wish she gave examples of what type of deodorant to use after listening to the BO podcast, maybe I missed it. Overall 5/5!

  • I’ve been following Dr. Chutkan for years!

I own all of her books as she is my gut “go-to”. With her educational background & reasonable approach, she stands out as the voice of reason in all confusion & noise surrounding healthy eating. I hope one day that she will consider doing a show on fresh-milled whole grains as these have been a big part of my healing journey. Wheat berries contain 40 nutrients which folks who are gf miss out on. Many people who struggle with modern flour can eat fresh-milled with no issues.
