It’s made so much sense to me. I first did the low fodmap diet about 10 years ago and struggled on my own. I did it again about 5 years ago when I was diagnosed with SIBO, and was very strict with it for about 3 months. I’m now tackling it again, as I have recently had surgery on my bowel and am not healing well with it. So I figured going back on this diet again would at least help... more
