In a day and age where we don’t know what to trust the Gut Health Podcast and its host bring a breeze of reliable, up-to-date and user friendly information that focuses not only fixing a problem but looks at the so important human aspect and mental health.
After the first episode I have shared it with colleagues and patients as a complement of my consultations as a dietitian.
This content is fabulous. As a dietitian, It has helped me realize how behind I am in the knowledge of gut health and has left me eager to learn more. I started listening because my patients (ESRD) have so many GI issues and I feel like I can’t help them. We send them to GI doctors and they come back saying nothing is wrong. Just a suggestion- It would be great if your podcast provided CEU’s. It’s more scientific based than all other nutrition podcasts I listen to. Thank you!
This is by _far_ the most relatable conversation about gut and digestive issues I have found. The hosts are knowledgeable and a joy to listen to. The guests, all science-based folks, are bringing data but still are so human.
Love, love this podcast.
