As a closet WWE Diva stan, I didn’t realize how much of a newfound sense of community and nostalgia feels a podcast dedicated to a week over week analysis on the best era of women’s wrestling was so needed. Of all the podcasts I listen to, Golden Era is the only one that I will consistently listen to (and re-listen to) on a regular basis. I never need to take a break from it because I love Jake and Joey’s personalities so much. They bounce off each other so well, and I just adore their dynamic. Love their enthusiasm but the one host laughs at every sentence he says and then also laughs at every sentence the co host says so it’s an hour of forced laughter which gets exhausting after ten minutes. Love the banter when the fake laughter isn’t there and love hearing about the golden age.
