  • Power Bar

I’m a tad disappointed h has spent so much time on the David Bar spat. If you listen to Attia or Huberman you’d understand they aren’t diet fanatics. Sounds like a bunch of people looking for something to crucify. He does make some salient points that energy bars shouldn’t be consumed as a meal replacement or a snack for non athletes.

  • Love the show, but

I am disappointed in the recent advertisement for Better Help. I thought this show had standards for which companies were allowed to advertise.
