  • Helpful resource

As a therapist, it’s been super helpful to be able to refer my female clients to this FREE resource. There is SO much great information in these episodes for women looking to increase their understanding of how their physical body/symptoms impact their thoughts and feelings. You are a gift Erin! Thank you!

  • Fun, educational, easy listening

I don’t know what’s better, the education I receive or just all the good hormones/chemicals released while I laugh at Erin’s delivery and personality. It feels like getting health advice from a friend. It’s not condescending…she doesn’t throw around big terms that are hard to figure out. Her info is easily digestible, pun intended. 100% worth a listen.

The host breaks down complex topics—like blood sugar balance, inflammation, and the gut-brain connection—in a way that’s both evidence-based and completely relatable. I appreciate the functional approach that gets to the root of the problem rather than just treating symptoms.
