  • Wonderful podcast!

I’ve never left a review before but your podcast deserves to be heard by as many people as possible so here I am!

Han is a warm and thoughtful host. Through her own experience and that of her guests, she’s able to present a broad and diverse range of experiences - some I relate to, some I didn’t know much about (for example the discussion of India culture in the Diwali episode) so it’s really great to have the opportunity to learn. Thanks for creating such an engaging, unique, mind-opening and a... more

  • Worrying

I’ve listened to a few of these where the guest says they are recovered and are clearly not. The host also sadly seems very early I her recovery and I worry this podcast could normalise restriction and clear ED thinking and behaviours and say that is recovery .
