This is probably my most listened to podcast, hardly missing any episodes. The knowledge I have gained from Maddie has been invaluable to my team, and my own training. I’ve been able to turnkey what I’ve learned to other coaches and encourage them to listen and follow. She is gold for what she’s giving to the community & our kids!
As a sports medicine physician who cares for many endurance athletes struggling with REDs, I found your interview with Elise Cranny to be pure gold! She is so eloquent in sharing her own experience and coming out stronger on the other side. A must listen for young endurance athletes. This episode puts into words the message I wish I could send to so many of my athletes.
As a runner who under fueled and over trained for years I always felt I was alone. This podcast is helping me recover from decades of under eating and is incredibly inspiring. It’s so nice to hear the stories of professionals who have struggled as well. Thank you for sharing these stories!
This is what so many sports need!!
More information and sharing of stories to get actual useful information regarding nutrition and training. And to have it coming from such a well educated, knowledgeable, experienced & successful elite athlete who explains nutrition it to make it so simple & accessible. WOW!
