In this podcast, Steph dives into running from every angle allowing you to have a well rounded approach. Her episodes are relevant and capture recent research. The best part she is registered dietician giving you advice on fueling adequately so you can train, race and recover. I share this podcast with all my friends who love running.
Love the episode on Never too late to be a runner. I love a podcast about an elite athlete, marathon runner, but also I’m so encouraged and inspired by episodes on the average everyday runner. I didn’t start running until I was 45 and progressively have worked towards 5K, 10 K and two 1/2 marathons. Love the insight and appreciate the encouragement but also expectations for an older runner. Keep the episodes coming.
Love this running podcast. Very informational and relatable info for the every day runner like myself. The intro is a little long, over 2 minutes, so I can’t listen to the episodes on my runs because I’m not able to fast forward. Only listen when I’m at home. Please shorten the intro! Maybe add the all of your info at the end.
Fantastic open advice, no bias and leaves the listener to consider the advice and make any adaptions to their running diet as needed. I’ve been waiting for a podcast such as this one for a while. Thanks.
Really practical advice from someone who obviously is a runner herself. Gets to the heart of running with lots of great ideas to try. Thoroughly recommended.
