The Forties Formula has quickly become one of my favourite podcasts. It feels like sitting down with two wise, witty friends who say the things we’re all thinking, but with more honesty, humour and heart.
What I love most is how they blend real life, real conversations, and real growth without ever feeling preachy. It’s warm, it’s refreshing, and it’s exactly the kind of dialogue you want to eavesdrop on.
Proud to know one of the hosts personally and even prouder to shout about this podcast.

Started listening after seeing a snippet discussing peri-menopause on instagram and am so glad I did. The episodes are packed with realness about all things health, fitness and wellness. Approaching 40, I’ve been focusing on taking better care of myself for a while now and trying to proactively manage my health. This podcast is such a great resource for valuable info delivered in a way that feels like you’re just sat having a chat with girlfriends. Love it!
Really love listening to their podcasts as it’s really interesting and informational!! ❤️
Absolutely LOVE these two ladies and the fab advice they dish out! Each of the guests have such unique expertise, experience and life stories… with one common thread - REAL, unfiltered and meaningful advice to help women navigate and THRIVE in their forties. As a busy working mom of 3, I love listening to Amanda & Jasmin on my commute to work: you feel like you could be sitting at that kitchen counter with them, having a cup of coffee and talking about all things wellness ☕️💪🏼💚
