Started listening after seeing a snippet discussing peri-menopause on instagram and am so glad I did. The episodes are packed with realness about all things health, fitness and wellness. Approaching 40, I’ve been focusing on taking better care of myself for a while now and trying to proactively manage my health. This podcast is such a great resource for valuable info delivered in a way that feels like you’re just sat having a chat with girlfriends. Love it!
