    These women are so knowledgeable, I am so glad I found them. I have listened for years and then took the leap and joined there FITMOM program. Life changing for me. So many systems and you need to get them working together and get to the root problem I have learned so much and healing is linear be patient with your self and learn to set boundaries and say no. Such talented woman and they know what they are talking about.
