  • Great hosts, great podcast!

Recently found this podcast and am really enjoying it! Especially loved Episode 220 about Feeling Anxious About The Future. Such a meaningful conversation about overcoming difficult childhood trauma through nostalgia, self compassion and gratitude. Loved hearing about the baseball cards, basement redo, and daughter in school. It almost brought me to tears. Tons of amazing takeaways in this episode! Thank you! So good!๐Ÿ™
