The first episode I tried wasted my time. It was about ADHD and exercise. The pre-amble was longer than the actual subject matter on episode. And then the take home from the episode was “exercise is good”. But I already know that and I didn’t get any additional insight from the episode.
This is the audio-only portion of a YouTube video with all of the jump cuts, fast talking, and no-breaths-allowed editing style that make so many channels too painfully stressing to watch.
