4 Game-changing strategies to reduce Chaos and Overwhelm. This episode is absolutely fantastic. It really helped me to understand the reasons why my brain is overloaded with “to do” projects and the frustration that comes with it. I have so many things that I want to do but I am completely overwhelmed as to which one I will do first.
This podcast has helped me to identify the things that feed this overwhelm and how to avoid it.
Thank you so much!
I really like the content but it sounds like a machine gun of individual statements smashed together with no natural pauses. I was left feeling almost anxious from the pace and frustrated that I wanted to hear the content but couldn’t get past the delivery 🙁
I’ve been listening to a bunch of different ADHD podcasts and this is definitely one of the BEST! I love the short (to-the-point) episodes packed with helpful information and insightful advice. I also love Caren Magill’s voice, inflection and overall delivery. She is very charismatic, which makes you feel motivated and energized to put her advice into practice. Thank you Caren for giving me hope :)
I love the quick pace, short episode format, and nuggets of practical advice that this podcast offers. Highly recommend. I learn something new or gain a new insight from each episode - and the short length means they’re great for short bursts in my busy schedule as a mom of three and entrepreneur. Thank you for this content! It has helped me a lot as I come to terms with my recent ADHD diagnosis.
Just by listening to this podcast, I’ve been able to grow so much and change my perception on ADHD. I now see it as a superpower!
